Man kan påverka mycket i sitt liv. Som hälsa och välmående. Genom att äta rätt, att träna bra och att leva sitt liv som man vill. Inte vad andra förväntar sig.
Bloggen startade jag när jag kämpade med cancer och behandlingar 2012/13.
Idag är jag cancer-fri och mycket, mycket tacksam.
Att få en andra chans är inte självklart.
Efter cancern har jag ändrat många saker i mitt liv. Det är ett stort steg, men övervägs av alla fördelar.
